ASP movement assessment will assess your strengths, weaknesses and gait analysis. Once we have identified the specific areas that need development for your sport. We formulate an action plan to help take your human performance to the next level. 

Through a process of video analysis, we identify energy leaks, poor running mechanics and possible risks of injury associated with your running style.
