The Fluid 4 frame is Kizer's longest-running, and the market's only antirocker-specific, frame. Now more than ever, with the new and improved Kizer Fluid IV SUPERFLUID frame, we feel it should get the plaudits it deserves.
What's Superfluid?
Apart from the juvenile jokes we can all come up with, Superfluid represents an upgraded material that is lighter, stronger and faster than the standard Fluid 4 frame. This makes the frame better for all-round performance.
Part of the frame's success is its simplicity. Want 60mm wheels and anti-rockers? There is literally no functional benefit to using a different frame for anti-rocker other than this. It's the perfect anti-rocker frame.
Another part of its success is the three frame sizes. Users can purchase more accurately based on their skate size. This is important in how the h-block aligns with the boot's backslide plate.
The backslide plate is shallow and works with all-sized anti-rocker wheels (as you'd expect). The h-block features excellent lock-ins and malleability for switch-ups. You really know you're on an anti-rocker setup with this frame (ever used anti-rocker on a frame optimised for flat setup and slipped around the h-block on groove tricks? Yeah. That's not happening here).
